If a product is missing from the StoreAO master catalog, a shop owner can upload four to six clear product views. StoreAO prepares the product information, checks for an existing master product, and lets the owner review price and stock before saving.

Capture the front, back, specification side, barcode and model-number label, plus any side that shows size, colour, quantity, ingredients, capacity, or compatibility.

Before saving, StoreAO checks validated barcode data, exact brand and labelled model number, photo-evidence fingerprint, and exact normalized brand and title. Strong matches reuse the existing master product. Similarity-only candidates are not automatically merged.
A multi-photo product draft commonly takes about one minute. The owner dashboard shows scanning thumbnails, analysis stages, and estimated progress while the draft is prepared.
